What's Up with The Layout?
Since I used 2000's ASCII code for the illustrations, I continued the retro virus design theme by using a glitchy all over the place layout. I aimed to keep the book reader friendly while translating the design language.
Content
I highlighted the viruses that impacted computers the most, like SoBig and iLoveYou, followed by the timeline of each virus and general information, followed by a FAQ.
Illustrations
The book welcomes readers with illustrations using ASCII code. This approach to the illustrations resembles early computers, a significant aspect of 2000s internet culture.
